Obelisks from the 29 Pentacubes

A pentacube is a solid figure formed by joining five equal cubes face to face. There are 29 different pentacubes, distinguishing mirror images:

Define a polycube obelisk as a polycube whose horizontal layers are concentric square boxes, where no layer is bigger than the layer just beneath it. The 29 pentacubes can form any of 16 different obelisks. They appear below. The cross-sections are shown from top to bottom.
