Triominoid Compatibility
A triominoid (or trominoid) is
a solid figure formed by joining
three unit squares edge to edge at straight or right angles in three dimensions.
There are nine triominoids, not counting reflections:
A compatibility figure is a figure that can be tiled by
any of a set of two or more polyforms.
Here are minimal compatibility figures for pairs of triominoids.
They are not all uniquely minimal.
Kohfuh Satoh (佐藤洸風) designed a puzzle set
consisting of the 11 one-sided triominoids.
